Chris Rasmussen, Of Counsel at FarrowLaw PC, is a veteran business attorney with more than 50 years of experience in corporate law, commercial litigation, and regulatory matters. A Stanford graduate and former nuclear submarine officer, Chris brings a disciplined, analytical approach to complex legal and business challenges.

He spent 25 years as in-house counsel for Pacific Telesis and AT&T, where he became recognized as one of the nation’s leading rate-case attorneys. Known for his mastery of economic and regulatory issues and his pragmatic counsel, Chris continues to mentor clients and colleagues with the same rigor and clarity that have defined his career.

Outside of law, Chris is a lifelong mentor and leader. From his time aboard nuclear submarines to coaching young attorneys, he thrives on guiding others through complex challenges and helping them succeed.
